so one of my friends said she would help me make my invitations because she is a graphic designer. i supplied her though with most of the graphics and all the wording for the invite.
after all's said and done, she wants to charge me $2/invite which will include:
1. invite + vellum overlay + envelope + text paper inside 2. rsvp + rsvp envelope 3. direction/map
I am printing 300 invites so the total would essentially be $600. Out of that 600, my friend will buy the cardstock and paper etc for me....
Do you guys think this is a reasonable price?

as long as you trust her its a great price- it sounds like you are nervous since its her first time doing invites- but since she is a graphic designer, I would say your fine... I am paying over $500 for 125 invites

I think that's a very good price. I made my own invitations and spent about $3 each. It's pretty easy, you don't really need experience.

if you want it even cheeper...go to kinkos and have them screw up about 4 times and youll get it for free (see my post if your confused) hehe
