Re: reasonable nice reception halls
have you tried
Fox Hollow Jericho Terrace Watermill Chateau La Mer Chateaut Briand Westbury Manor The Riviera?
When I was looking, they were all around 59-65 per person, but it was for January. If you are willing to do an afternoon or a day other than Saturday, you may still be able to get a good deal at some of these halls

Also try the Knights of Columbus in Oceanside, Milleridge Cottage and Carriage House.
If you just want to do a sit down dinner try Wickers in Hicksville, Maine Maid Inn.

Alot of places will you give you a lower per person price if you have it in the afternoon. Or on a weeknight.
Try Leonards or Fox Hollow!

Re: reasonable nice reception halls
Try Swan Club, they gave me the cheapest price. Plus remember afternoon and fri/sun evenings are also cheaper.

Re: reasonable nice reception halls
There are also places like
Ariana Waterfall Mediteranean Manor Plainview Holiday Inn Brentwood Country Club
that do all inclusive weddings for around 10000 for 100 guests.
