Reasonable Photobooth

Reasonable Photobooth

Anyone get a photobooth for under $1000?? I'm on a budget and would really like to get one for my wedding but don't want to spend overly too much on it.

Re: Reasonable Photobooth

I had a 'live' photobooth where it was a freestanding photographer that guests could go up and get pictures with their families ect (unlimited). I added my own props and got doubles of all of the photos (guests got paper framed copies of the pictures they were in, I got a double of it). It was 1,300 overall but I added the doubles and the unlimited. I think it was 1,000 for 200 photos and I think you can bargain it down from that if you have less guests. I used Long Island Portraits for my photographer and I think the booth was from Zap Photos. www.formusicalimage.com has all of their infro, everything was set up through them :) good luck!

try thebestphotobooths.com! Definitely the cheapest! I'm paying around $750 for mine, and the person who I've been dealing with is super nice and responds right away to my emails

Ours is under $1000...but it was part of our dj package so that helped...and we are only having it for 3 hours of the reception instead of all 4.

I got mine via someone selling a groupon for $595, they have it every now and then. BUT when I had inquired withthe coupon just to see if my date was available, they qupted me $750 for 3 hours and scarpbook included if I was to pay in full when booking. The groupon gave props instead of the scrapbook. I am okay with that b/c I plan to supply my own anyway. www*garden*state*photobooth.*com/ (exclude the stars)

Two of my close friends did DIY photobooths and they were just as good as the pricey ones... they rented a black piece of velvet and a frame to drape it over, and bought one of those polaroids that prints out the photobook style little photos. Then they made the sticks with the lips and mustaches and bought a bunch of props like feather boas, hats, etc at a local Ricky's or Party City or costume store. You can do the whole thing for about $300. They both also made photo guest books.

I bought the props and my photo people were supposed to put out my guestbook for my doubles but they forgot! So I am asking everyone to send us a note with their holiday greetings that we can paste into the guestbook

The Modern Photobooth is great!!! We are planning to have them at our wedding (if we could ever set a date). It fits up to 20 people in it - they were at 2 other weddings we have been at.
