Does anyone know of videographers that charges between 800 and 1000 for a wedding reception?

Try Duet. Here is the link to the official duet photography thread. I'm not sure what they charge for just video, but the photo/video package is very reasonable.
Bellarino has packages like that. And they are amazing! Even if you just get raw footage now you can always edit later on, you cant redo the day you know.
