Verdis, Pine Hollow, Milleridge Inn ( I think that is the name) also she may need to be flexible with the time of year and day she chooses to get that price

She should look at dates in the winter and Friday nights or Sunday afternoons are always cheaper.

Did she try getting quoted for the off-season or on a Friday night or Sunday?

Does she mean $70 before tax and tip or after? If it's after, that really limits the places, but I know some ladies have mentioned they have paid around that - sorry just can't remember who!
I would recommend she go with a Sunday day wedding or Thursday evening wedding (this apparently is becoming very popular), and to also choose a date in December through March. That's going to help her get the best price.

Westbury Manor has a few smaller rooms that can accomodate smaller parties.. my wedding has 97.. and a day wedding is even less expensive

FYI when I was talking to Westbury Manor, the BM I was speaking to told me that if I had a Sunday afternoon wedding in Jan/Feb it would be something like $53pp. So that is really really cheap in comparison to their normal 100+ pp charge. HTH!

I think she can get close to that price (not sure if she wants that price with tax included) by going off season (say, Nov-March) and on a friday or sunday day wedding. I can't remember what the price was for sure, but Timber Point was around that. Also try Crest Hollow, Westbury Manor, CLM. Their day prices are pretty good (again, off season).
My friend paid under $100 (including grat & tax) at windows on the lake for a saturday afternoon in March. Also try Verdi's I had my engagement party there on a Sunday afternoon in January and we paid $50 pp with open bar.
