and found this gorgeous napkin ring holder/ornament
it's an engagement ring, silver and sparkly!
i fell in loooooove with it! like love love love and immediately thought I want to use it at my wedding at the place setting
BUT its 5 dollars each!
NOW...the lady in the store offered to let me use her discount! 25% off..sssshhhh i cant tell anyone! I will go back this weekend with her to purchase 100 of them
so it will 375 instead of 500 + tax
should i do it?????!!!!
also, i didn't really plan on doing favors...so can i justify this purchase? if i let people take them home...they are ornaments too!
ETA: these are the cellphone pics i took...its so much prettier in person

thats a really awesome idea and I can totally picture it, but what are you going to do when all the people dont take them? can you return any ones that were not used? *the only reason i ask is people might think that they are part of the RH or florist decoration
edit to say maybe you can hold of until closer to the holidays when they have all those crazy sales!

i kinda like this better becuase than you have wine stopper too and that can definitley count as a favor JMO

totally up to you! i think it's a cute idea but personally, if i wasn't getting married, i wouldn't really care about getting an engagement ring christmas ornament.
and what about those who don't use ornaments (e.g. no xmas trees, hannukah bushes, etc.)
JIMHO so you can do whatever you want that makes you happy though b/c it's your wedding

and i would put a cute card on the table or attached to the ring stating they could take it home
FH would prob killlll me if i told him i wanted to spend 375 on this!
and when i think 375 i think hair makeup, etc.

I like the idea of doing it for the shower instead of the wedding. You wouldn't have to purchase as many and I think it would be more appreciated than at the wedding.

They are sooooo pretty but mabey you dont wanna spend the xtra $. If you realllllllllly love them go for it but if its just a whim then wait a few days and see how you feel!
