Re: Reccomend your band!!
Vali Entertainment in NYC....they have a huge clientile, like top-notch people and now I can see why, they were amazing. They have 4 or 5 bands under them, that basically fit a few different budgets and different tastes of music.

Re: Reccomend your band!!
Code Bleu (Skyline Orchestra). Honestly, I didn't want a band b/c every wedding band I've heard at weddings just butchered half of the songs...some didn't know the songs. I just didn't want my wedding to have a 'cover band' atmosphere. However, FH refused to get a dj and said he'd pay for that part of the wedding if we could get a band. Sooo...I did some research and decided to check out Code Bleu. I was not very enthusiastic about it b/c like I said...I just wasn't happy with wedding bands in the past. But...when we heard this band, they were a-mazing!!! They sang Living on a Prayer, Love Rollercoaster, They Way You Look Tonight...just a huge genre of songs!!! And every one sounded perfect! This band has so much energy and personality. There are 8 members (you can add a 9th member if you'd like). If you're interested, FM me and I'll give you a quote.

YAY!!! for Code Bleu! I second them. Granted I haven't gotten married yet but we went to quite a few showcases when looking and we thought they were amazing. My parents came with me and they are very big into live music and loved them. We also know quite a few people who had them as their band and have just raved about them to us.

Re: Reccomend your band!!
We used a 9-piece band from After Hours Orhestra - the band was outstanding...the variety was amazing, and we got, and are STILL getting TONS of compliments on how great our band was...
Not to mention Phil (the band leader) was amazing to work with. Always answered the phone and ALL of my questions, and was not 'intrusive' and irritating to the guests like some MCs that I've seen...he was like another fun guest at the wedding!!!
definitely worth looking into!

Re: Reccomend your band!!
Our band Soul Revival was AWESOME. They really rocked our wedding and had everyone dancing all night. Definately check them out, I think they're having a showcase coming up soon, one of my friends is going. HTH
OMG....I loved my band so much...the saints of swing. They are not a traditional wedding band...they do not do pop. But they are great on blues, latin, r&b. There are pics of them in my album....and they have a site. They are quirky though...maybe not for everyone. We got raves about them every moment.
