Reccomended Salons in Queens

Hello Everyone. I am getting married this June. I think I want to get ready at Salon in the morning. I am considering Christies in bay terrace. Does anyone have reviews? Also I was considering Forest Hills. I am going back to my Mom's house in Richmond Hill. Church is also in Richmond Hill. Please help!

Ive used christie's for other occasions, they did a good job. In forest hills everyone raves about spectrym. I live in the area but dont get my hair done here, but on austin street theres alot of salons, but that one i hear most ppl talk about. Theres also a giorgios more by kew gardens right by lefferts that ive heard some say are good but not sure if they do make up.

I have been to Spectrym a few times for general hair cuts and stuff and they a good job. I once sat next to a girl getting a fancy updo and they did a really great job on her. But there are also a bunch of other salons on Austin street -- you should take 15 minutes one day and walk down the block and stop in at the various places. I know there is also a good one right at the corner of Austin and Ascan, but I can't remember the name right now.

Yes, I think that is the M salon - I know it is right near that church (because we go to a restaurant right near the church too so I am always walking by it).

That's definitely Mi chi chi. One of my friends went there but her hair and makeup was very plain. I want a little more Pizazz. I ordered my BM dresses at Alexandra on Austin St. Actually order is going in tomorrow. Spectrym looks good. They just opened new huge salon too it's close to Spectrym

ive only seen the Mi chi chi salon but never went there. I did try to make an appt one time at spectrym to do my hair for an event i was attending and the girl who picked up the phone was annoying me lol and didnt know what was going on, i got annoyed and said forget it lol. BUT like i said ive heard good things about them. I saw the new one that opened up, i was on austin street just recently shopping. I havent tried any salons on austin street, except for one place that is mostly extensions.
