Ok we are also sending with the STD's little card for hotel accommodations for East Wind, and FMIL has cards for a hotel near the East Wind.
So do i just send the STD's and the 2 cards in an envelope? Can I put a little saying or something in the envelope?
Any suggestions would be great!!!!!!!

What we did was I made a little thing on cardstock paper with the hotel information on it so they could make reservations ahead of time and then at the bottom of it I put something like More information to follow in invitations and that is where I am going to put what the hotel gave us in there.

Thats a good idea. I just figured since i have the two hotel cards I could just put them in there also. But your idea of the little note and then putting the cards in the invitation is something to think about...

you could always add- visit our wedding website for hotel accomodations and then just list your site. that way they can look at the hotels at the same time.

I would for our friends and such, but for the older ppl I know they wont go on the comp lol.

We put a 'Travel Information' card in each save the date with the nearest airport and the hotel information. I'll send the hotel cards with the invitations.

i sent my STDs out with the cards the hotel gave me. I only sent it though to the people i thought would book a room. I'll send the info again with our invites.
