If you are not doing the receiving line, but still want rice to be thrown when the bride and groom exit the church, where do the bride and groom stand when they are waiting for everyone to exit the church?
My friend does not want to be 'forced' into a receiving line by standing at the door of the church before she and her DH exit for the rice toss.
Thanks so much for any suggestions!!!

Re: Receiving Line Question
We actually went down the aisle, out the front door and walked around the side of the church (outside) to the side door and waited a few minutes for everyone to go outside the front of the church. Then we went back inside the church, took a photo of the wedding party with the priest on the altar and then went outside the front door, took a couple of photos on the steps, and then walked down the steps and people blew bubbles. It worked pretty well.
