On January 22nd, there was a terrible incident in Chinatown that killed a 3 year old boy and a 4 year old girl. I work with the mother of the little girl and she has passed around the following petitiion to prompt the Manhattan District Attorney to investigate, as supposedly nothing has been done. Please sign the petition if you agree with the proposal.
I signed this. What a horrible tragedy. I can't believe they haven't started investigating. What the hell is wrong with the justice system?

I signed it as well. I too am shocked that nothing has happened, no one was held accountable and an investigation had not been completed yet.

I heard about this and saw the clips of the van on the news.. I though it was horrible then and I think its disgusting that nothing has been done. Its obviously the drivers fautl.. he drove into the middle of the street!
