If you do a search, this topic has been discussed before. I had them for my wedding and half the band was replacements. We had to stumble on this information on our own, actually from this board and then the day of there were more no shows. It was all singers too. They also never followed our song play list which wasnt a big list at all. There were other girls on this board who experieced the same situation. IMO, anyone who didnt experience relacement band members, that is only because they somehow got lucky that they got what they paid for.
