I just realized (thank God for my FMIL) that I forgot to order reception cards with my invitations. I ordered response cards and I thought that was all I needed. What do I have to say on the reception card?

Is your ceremony someplace other than George Washington Manor? I ask b/c I know GWM has a really cute chapel on site. You only need reception cards if ceremony and reception are at two different places.
But to answer your question, my reception card says:
The Celebration continues Please join the new Mr. and Mrs. P for cocktails, dinner and dancing at seven o'clock
