Reception card help

I'm limited in characters to be written so, What do you think of this for our reception card:

Cocktail, Dinner and Dancing
at six o'clock in the evening
Venue
Address
Town & State

I wanted to put 15 minutes earlier to make sure people are on time since the cocktail hour is outdoors and sunset would be around 35 minutes into it so we only have an hour for the outdoor cocktail hour, but i've been told not to. Are there any other way to state that on the card (i.e- in the form of 'at six o'clock in the evening sharp') even if it's polite to even make a point of this?

So stumped & would love your help

We're doing it 15 minutes before on the invitations.

'will start promptly at six o'clock'

but I dunno...'promptly' or 'sharp' is usually only put for the ceremony...I mean, if someone is going to be late for the cocktail hour, they're going to be late no matter what.. but for the ceremony, in order to avoid interruption, the exact start time is usually conveyed in the invitation.
