What is everyone writing for their reception card... does the following sound okay???

Are your ceremony and reception in the same place? If so, then you don't need a reception card. At the very bottom of your invite just write Reception Immediately Following.

yeh, I originally was thinking to just write it at the bottom, but since we are doing pocketfold invitation, it looks a little empty if we dont include a reception card. I was planning on adding that it black tie on the reception card.

I think that if you're doing pocketfolds then yes do the reception card unless you can replace that with something else like a directional or hotel card maybe? Then you can save that and just put Reception Immediately Following Ceremony on the invitation.
The wording imo sounds nice to me but I am not that perfect at that sort of stuff- it took me three tries to get my invitation wording the way I wanted it

My reception and cermony are in the same place. I woukd just add the time even if immediately following the cermony at a different placve. After the cermony can meen different things to different people depending on how long your cermony is.
I like your but if you want other option.. I have seen a few cute reception cards like: Eat, drink and be merry then the name and address of the recpetion hal under it
