I posted this on the newlywed board but have not received any responses.

Can you please post the wording you used on your reception card? I am having some trouble with this part.

I've come up with the following but it doesn't sound quite right:

Please join us for dinner and dancing
seven o'clock in the evening
The Swan Club
Roslyn, NY

immediately following the ceremony

City, State

It is all centered
