I was just wondering if anyone is having any reception 'extras' like an ice cream station or popcorn popper or cotton candy machine or just anything 'unique' for guests to do or eat?!
We are doing the chocolate fountain and the other unique thing is that we are having a signature drink passed out during our cocktail hour.
I wanted to have the seafood boat/bar but my dad said he was 'chipping in' to the cost more than I expected so I didnt dare ask for extras.
We're doing a martini bar and a sushi bar. The sushi bar will have people from Daruma in Great Neck and make the sushi right there!
NO my cocktail hour will extensive as to chice of foods.

We didn't opt for the extras, but that's because the hall offers so much we didn't need it. Since it's a beach club, in addition to regular drinks, they will be serving frozen drinks (margheritas, daquaris, pina coladas) during the coctail hour. The seafood I would have added at other halls is already among my options (shrimp coctail, raw clams, clams casino, mussels, etc.) In addition to the passed hors duerves, we can pick 3 stations. We were also going to do the vienesse hour, but they put individual plates of chocolate dipped fruits and pastries on each table. Can you tell I'm psyched about my menu! lol!
