Reception Hall finalizing
How close to your wedding did you finalize everything with your reception hall? Just wondering when I should expect it, I can't wait!

We finalized everything a month before the wedding.
We had to chose our menu, table linens, cake design & flavors.
Give a good ballpark for the number of guests - break it down by adult, people under 21, special kids menu and vendors.
Confirm that your vendors provided certificates of insurance if necessary.
Confirm arrival times for the vendors & the bridal party.

I think I will have all details finalized by this Monday. Money will be finalized 5 days before the wedding
