Reception Hall for 50th Anniversary Needed

think I will be taking care of the planning for my grandparents 50th Anniversary Party. My mom and her Brothers have way toooo much going on. So I am taking the reigns on this.

MAY 2009 is the date. I need
a reception for 75-125 people.
No more than $60 p/person
Atfternoon is ok

WHO CAN HELP!??!?!?!?
Did anyone get these prices?

they have such nice Knights of Columbus halls..

or Larkfield Manor !! i can see you getting a great price from them being a day time event and not a wedding..

What about Sunset harbour?
I think my friend threw her daughter a sweet 16 for under $60

My parents had their 50th bdays at K of C in Oceanside. Its a really nice place and they have full catering and bar. Their prices should definitely fit with what you want to do. HTH!

What borough? Or do you want to stick to Long Island?

we had our reception at Larkfield Manor and it was just fabulous. I highly recommend it.
But if the price is too high you might try stuart thomas manor in farmingdale. I hear they are nice and reasonable. and the Kof C in Seaford I've heard good things about, minimum there is 100.
HTH
if you want more info on Larkfield FM me - - only too happy to share. asI say oodles of food, really wonderful people to work with. I did a revview in the vendor area if you want to look at that.. The smaller room holds up to 120 ish which sounds like it would be fine for you.
