Reception Hall for Oct

Hey Ladies,

My sister is looking for a RH for Sep or Oct of 09. She is only looking to spend around 80- 85 per person for a Saturday night.

Can anyone offer quotes they were given for this time or suggest RH's to look at.

I'm a 2010 bride so were now planning 2 weddings at the same time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

Try Smithtown Landing! I'm getting married there next Oct. 25th and the prices are great! Also - Rich, the manager is SOOO nice to work with!

Sept Oct Nov ar ethe new June. They are def. more pricey! Im thinking she may have to do a SaturDAY wedding not evening. For that price. Try Swan Club
Riviera
Fox Hollow
Watermill
Westbury Manor
Stewart Manor Country Club
Chateau LaMer

Sept/Oct are so popular now they are starting ot up the prices for those months. A SaturDAY wedding may be a better option or even a friday night wedding.
She should look into The Historical Thatch Cottage, Chateau Le Mer, Chateau Briand, The Hamlet Golf and Country Club.
These should be good options for your sister

a saturday night in oct (still peak season) is going to be tough to find @ that price. she can prob get WSCC for that price, but tax and gratuity still need to be added ($25pp).

think about a day wedding. the prices are a lot more reasonable, and you can always have an after party. congrats to your sister

You can try Coral House, Stewart Thomas Manor, Manor East, or a KOC...I'm going to an e-party at the KoC in Centerreach, I'll let you know how it is.

My advice to your Sister is to look at Friday nights, Saturday day or Sunday day. Saturday night is the most expensive night to have a wedding. Also, if she insists on having a Saturday night, she should look into having it between the months of December-March. Those months are usually reasonable. What kind of an RH is she looking for? I mean there are so many on the island in every style.

I dont know if she is going to be able to do that price for a saturday night at that time of year. She may want to think about a friday night or a day wedding.

Try the Med Manor.... it is very nice ..and they have package deals there .... the only thing we did not like about it was that there is no place outside to take pictures... but they are nice people there !

she may want to think about November. I was looking for Sept/October Saturday night, and I was given a better price when we pushed the date one week into November. Good luck!

We were under 85 for a Saturday night in September for Sunset Harbour!
