Our RH contract includes an 18% gratuity. Who gets the gratuity? Do we have to give an additional gratuity? If so, to whom?

The gratuity that is included in the contract is ordinarily to pay for the waitstaff and bar staff and what-not. The maitre'd, however, is usually not included in that and is given a tip at the end of the night on your wedding day based on his/her service.

in my contract the gratuity was inclued for everyone except for the maitre'd and bridal attendant.. i think it might be the same for most.. but i would just call and double check!!
