reception hall in courthouse???

Which reception hall is in a courthouse or something that has to do with law? i think it might be in Garden City.

I know this sounds like a dumb question, but a friend asked me and I can't think of the name.

Thanks.

You mean 15th and West - it is IN the Nassau County Bar Association (right off of west street and Old country road)
