Hey ladies! Im on the search for a reception hall which has been difficult. . I have looked at 10 places. I'm looking to do a Saturday night wedding for under $125 (without tax). I would prefer Suffolk county. Any prices or suggestions would be great! Feel free to FM me. Is it possible to have a wedding under $30,000?

Re: Reception Hall Prices
Summer prices are a bit higher, but $125 is a nice price.
Check at the Hamlet Willow Creek, I had my wedding there and I can not say enough good things about the place!!

Re: Reception Hall Prices
Depending upon the time of year you pick, you'll have a lot of options. Since I'm not sure when you are looking for, try these: East Wind Chateau La Mer Snapper Inn Watermill Harbor Club

Re: Reception Hall Prices
time of year is the most important question.
For our Saturday Night Wedding at Villa Lombardi's on March 4, 2006 it was $99 per person with tax/gratituity. We booked in 2004 so its gone up I'm sure

Re: Reception Hall Prices
Just from my RH looking, I think the following places are def. in your range: Watermill Hamlet Wind Watch Thatched Cottage Larkfield Manor CLM
That is a pretty decent budget so you shouldn't have a problem.

Try Lombardi's on the Sound! We went with Land's End, but Lombardi's is much less and we really liked it, the view is gorgeous

Re: Reception Hall Prices
I'm pretty sure you could do Giorgio's, Eastwind, Watermill & Fox Hollow for under $125pp on a Saturday night- being flexible with the month helps. November is usually a nice month & starts to be less expensive than the summer months.

Re: Reception Hall Prices
How many people are you having? If you pay 125 ++ for your catering hall, then it may be really hard to keep the entire event under 30K. There are still other vendors to hire and it adds up.

Re: Reception Hall Prices
try Larkfield Manor in Northport- it's absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I would have had my reception there if it wasn't an hour's drive from where we live!! They quoted me $95pp for a Saturday night in peak season......seriously go see it!!!
