I went to woodbury yesterday and unfortunatley it was quite pricey. i would like for people to give if at all possible the price per person when it comes to their venues. Many of these venues request that you come to their facility, they do not give price over the phone. however it would be very hard for me to go to those venues because they are so far. any input as far as your venue and price per person would be nice.
What is your ideal price pp and for what day of week/time of year? Saturdays and the fall months tend to be the priciest. Maybe you can ask the venue when you call if they fall in your range. That way neither party wastes their time if it's not going to be feasible.

honestly it could be the time of year you are looking!! My brother in law got married there this december and they paid $78 PP ++ for the first 200 people and then 71 ++ there after...this price could be because they had a very high minimum guarantee (200) and because it was December...
but if we have a general idea of price per person ++ you want to spend we can help! :)
