Reception Hall Question

Our wedding is in May. When do we......
pick out cake with hall?
get seating chart info?
Order matches they are offering to us?
Do menu
etc.....

PS-As you can tell I am clueless and instead of calling the hall (too early to worry about this), I know you girls will know, I mean, who better to ask?

We picked out (as in showed the photo to the manager) when we went for our tasting. That was months ago but I know we are early...so people do this as late as a month before the wedding.

Seating chart info (along with everything else) must be into myclub no later than 10 days before.

Every hall is different.

My wedding was also at Coral House and we did all that a month before.

Jenn,

Most of that stuff is done within 4 - 6 weeks before the wedding. My wedding is 6 weeks and I havent done any of that stuff yet except order matches!!

The bakery told me to come in 6 weeks before to order the cake. I have to meet with the hall in about 2 weeks to finalize the menu and get a seating template. Hopefully I will have all of my responses by then!

Anyway, dont worry you seem to be right on schedule!!!
