I'm going for my final meeting with my reception hall today, does anyone have any last minute questions I can ask?

Maybe ask things like:
what is the earliest some of your vendors like DJ or florist can arrive?
Make sure they have written down which linens you want. (Just to be sure.)
Remind them what time you plan on arriving to guarantee their folder is accurrate.
Any questions regarding parking for the guests you might still need to find out? (If its raining, can they vallet or anything if your place doesn't vallet already.)
Make sure beforehand you know how much 1 extra hour would be for the room and the DJ, just in case at the last minute (and everyone's still on the dance floor) you want to extend the party just a bit.
Find out exactly which workers will literally be at the wedding to make sure the person who knows all your little details will literally be there, too, not just work w/ you now.
