Reception Hall Quotes
Re: Reception Hall Quotes
I can only help you out with a quote from Fox Hollow...for a Saturday night in January, it was $73pp for the Briar Fox room guar 125 people...For the Garden Terrace room guar 200 it was I think $76...hth
Re: Reception Hall Quotes
East Wind Country Garden-was $100 PP including all taxes. That was for a Sat night in Sept. Negotiate alot---we did. I think they were starting at 98pp without taxes included. Min 125 people. Not sure of the other places, sorry!
Re: Reception Hall Quotes

Re: Reception Hall Quotes
I am paying 160pp with tax for a Saturday night in April for the Estate at East Wind for the middle package (it includes an extra coctail station, champagne passing, a signature drink, a viennese and some other little things). The guests are paying $209 a night with me block.

Re: Reception Hall Quotes
Thanks again everyone for the help!
Re: Reception Hall Quotes
East Wind, would not should not ever, ever be 160 per head....They can be negotiated with. I got them down to like 115 including all, everything, and anything for the estate, sat in Sept. Now I didn't go with them, but if you are paying that, something is seriously wrong.....I am sorry, but I needed to get my honest opinion out there. If there is a hall that only does one wedding at a time (including EW Estate) I know the price and what it can be brought down to.....Good Luck. Negotiate with everyone on everything. There bottom line is never their bottom line....
Re: Reception Hall Quotes
WAIT WAIT....FH has me stand corrected. Is this with tax and grat? Okay, I am wrong and stand corrected, I got very upset there for a sec thinking you got jerked....so sorry
Re: Reception Hall Quotes
Ohh- You scared me!!! It is $124.95 pp and $160pp including tax and gratuity- Is that bad? Is the friend who booked including tax? Just wondering cause it is in September which they say is more expensive then April. Thanks so much!
Re: Reception Hall Quotes
No, No, No you are fine....When you said 160 pp I almost blew a gasket...If you have any questions, just feel free to ask....
