Friends of ours are in the process of looking at reception halls. They will only have about 100-125 people and are looking for a Saturday night wedding. The problem they keep running into is the 'minimum' for a Sat night - it's usually 150 +.
Any suggestions on where they should look? (They've already seen Villa Lombardi's, John Anthony's & Watermill.)
Thank you!!

Re: Reception Hall Suggestions?
I think the Swan Club has a smaller minimum, and also George Washington Manor and Sans Souci...
Tell her to try those. Sans Souci is gorgeous!

I don't know if they are interested in Nassau's south shore, but if they are have them check out The Lido Golf Club.

The room upstairs at the Woodbury Country Club fits 125 people. The Riviera in Massapequa is also perfect for that amount of people.

The Riviera in Massapequa is perfect for that size. Also, the Meadow Club has a room for that size. The George Washington Manor is another one.

Re: Reception Hall Suggestions?
I'm getting married at the Vanderbilt Mansion and my minimum for Sunday is 100. I'm not sure what is is for Sat. night, but the room max is 150, so it can't be too high.
