Thatched Cottage is my fave but i'm biased.

Re: Reception Halls
West Sayville is one at a time, plus you can have the place to yourself all day if you have it at certain times. I am getting married on a Saturday at 5 and they will give me the place for the entire day. Timber Point does single weddings but you show up like 30 minutes after the first one. So unless you are the first wedding of the day, you don't have much time there before the even starts.

Re: Reception Halls
Check out the reception guide on here, I think they list if it is one at a time. Also, sites and services is great for this.

Welcome and congrats on your engagement!!!
I agree, North Ritz is very nice (food is fabulous), but I also loved Milleridge Cottage (obviously, I'm having my reception there!)
Lots of great choices! Have fun picking one out!

Re: Reception Halls
I was just looking at Long Island Bride and Groom magazine and they list like 60 halls and tell which are one at a time and have waterviews etc. Go pick up a magazine that is a Long Island version and they usually have a section that does this.
