When you looked at them.. did you make an appointment? I was looking to go next week and was wondering when I should call to make the appointment...

Yes make an appointment...some RH have walk in's but make an appointment to be sure

yes def make an appt. You dont want to show up at a place that is having a party & then they cant show you everything you want to see!

Definitly make an appointment, although Jericho Terrace told me I didn't need an appointment. The earlier you call the move availability you have to choose from. Good luck!!

I called a few places who didn't require an appointment, but most places do. If you're looking for next week, I would definitely call asap so you get a time that fits with your schedule

I showed up at the Fox Hollow without an appointment and the lady at the desk was beyond rude. I understand I probably shouldn't have done that but I was in the area and honestly wanted to take a quick peek at the winter garden pavillian. It kinda bothers me making an appointment and sitting with them for hours to discuss something when If I don't even like the room would be a waste of time.
She was just so nasty, but the sales person I dealt with was a pleasure and he fit me in.

Although when went to Lombardis on the Sound they had totally forgotten to write it down and hadn't listened to a word I had said to them over the phone regarding what I was looking for....even though I had even confirmed the appointment

Wede appointments at all of them! That way you can be sure the catering manager is available to speak with you and that an event is not going on at the same time!

I called and asked every hall before we saw them. Some places said to just come whenever others I had to make an appointment. We live in Brooklyn so we had worried b/c there is always traffic on the lovely belt LOL so we actually ran late twice (even when giving over and hour to get to each hall - hate the belt!) . But we called on the way only once did we get an attitude from one of the halls so we canceled on the spot, the woman was just so b!tchy I knew I wouldn't wanna deal with them any further.
