Reception Help- had to move up wedding!!

Yikes! I am no longer Oct 05 bride. I need to be Oct 04 bride because we are moving our wedding up a year.

I want to find a place, preferably in Nassau because ceremony is in Queens, with nice gardens/grounds and big open windows for an afternoon wedding. I am going for a garden theme. Obviously price is a factor because I have 1 year less to save. We will have 75 or so people. Any suggestions!?!?

Thanks ladies.

Swan Club in roslyn, they have beautiful gardens and all of their rooms have nice big windows that look out to the grounds.
Good luck!

watermill has been great to us, but is in smithtown....Try Stewart Manor (if you can get them to lower minimum from the 100), price is great!

check out nassau county museam of art. i just went there this past weekend and their gardens are absolutly breathe taking and their reception area is beutiful. they can only accomadate 150 so the room wont be so overwhelming with only 75.

I am getting married at the Sans Souci in November '04; they are right across the street from Hempstead Harbor in Sea Cliff

Here is the website

sanssoucicaterers.com

And here is a pic of the inside; they only do one wedding at a time.

Try the Riviera in Massapequa, it is right on the water and very reasonable.
