My fiance is having his father as his Best Man. Does anyone have any ideas as to how the introductions at the Reception Hall would play out - would my FFIL walk in with his wife or with the MOH or both?

DH had his father as his best man as well.
FIL and MIL came in together. I had my MOH come in herself and was introduced herself.
We actually did it so it went:
My parents My other parents (divorced) ILs MOH SIL (BM) w/ her two kids (RB & FG) the other 3 men us
It was totally fine.

I agree with above. I think the MOH walking in by herself is fine and have your FFIL walk in with FMIL.

I agree its more important for him to walk in with his mom then the bm.
