What are the right questions that you must ask the reception/catering hall?

I found these questions that you should ask:

1.CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT YOUR CREDENTIALS AND QUALIFICATIONS?

2. WHAT EXACTLY DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE, AND WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

3. WHAT OTHER EVENTS ARE PLANNED FOR THE SAME DAY?

4. WILL THE MANAGEMENT OR OFFICE STAFF BE ON SITE FOR THE EVENT?

5. CAN I HAVE A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF YOUR FINANCIAL POLICIES IN WRITING?
When is the deposit due? How much will it be? Can you make payments in installments? When is the final payment due? Are gratuities and taxes included? Are there overtime charges, and if so, how much? What is the refund/cancellation policy? Do they offer warranties or guarantees?

It really depends on your likes and dislikes... You'll know when you get there
Just make sure it can hold as many people as you're having or if you're not having a lot of people ask what there minimum is.
They will tell you everything about the food without you even asking and make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing.. even the estimates if you like the place! Where are you looking?
