Reception Site help

OK, so we already booked the reception site, which I love. It's my Dad's golf club which we have gone to for years, and I know the food is amazing. We are having the first meeting with the manager this weekend. What should I be asking him? We're not going to do menu, I don't think, as we have 18 months until the wedding.

I dont really think I can help you I know that FH would ask your dad if he could play golf there

Do you have the basics: how many people will it hold, what are the prices, how many hours will it last, can you go ealy to take pictures, etc.

Ask about how much gratuity you should be giving?....Is there valet parking?...what do they supply (etc...cake, centerpieces)?...copies of their certificate of insurance for your vendors.
