reception sites

I just got engaged two weeks ago and now the big decision is where to have it. I could use some advice on different reception sites in Suffolk county. Any suggestions?

atmosphere (on the water, golf course, etc>)
price range
location (nassau or suffolk)

I am getting married at the Snapper Inn in Oakdale. They are reasonable. It is an open air pavillion with soft sides that roll down if it rains. Right on the water
