Reception Sites - One affair at a time

Hi Everyone, I am new to this boards. My fiance and I are hoping to have our wedding at a place where they do one wedding at a time. Does anyone have an opinion on the Roslyn Claremont Hotel or Bedell's in Freeport.

I also want to look into the Milleridge Inn, I think they have one wedding at a time but I'm not sure.

Melleridge can do more then one at a time depending on the size of your party. Whats your price range pp and how many guests? People here will have lots of suggestions.

North Ritz Club does one affair at a time (with a min munber of people). I got married there and loved it!

Welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Roslyn Claremont is a lovely hotel, but the reception room is in the basement-it is beautiful though. I don't know anything about bedells,
I got married @ the Milleridge Cottage on October 20, we had the whole place to ourselves! They did a fantanstic job!

Hi Everyone, thanks so much for helping. We would like to spend no more than $150 pp including tax and gratuity. We are hoping to have the wedding in Nassau county. I'll call the Milleridge Inn and see about their minimuns.

Our reception will be at Floral Terrace. They only have one wedding at a time there. It's really beautiful and I've heard great reviews. Floral Terrace

For under $150 a person you can look at the following places that do just one wedding at a time for a Friday night, Saturday day, or Sunday:

Carltun (Eisenhower Park)
Carlyle on the Green (Bethpage State Park)
Crescent Beach Club

(Saturday nights at these places would be more then $150)

I also wanted one affair at a time, and I checked out the Roslyn Clarmont Hotel, it was very pretty but I really wanted an outside cocktial hour so I decided on the Thatched Cottage, they are also one affair at a time you may want to check them out.

We're getting married at Harrison House in Glen Cove.
They only do one affair at a time. We're paying a bit more then $150 including service and tax...but it's off peak.

My best friend got married at Roslyn Clairmont and it was beautiful.

I am also a Milleridge bride. Our wedding is 9/27/03. They only have one weding at a time but they have 2 places in which a wedding can be held. The Carriage House is for smaller weddings and the Cottage is for bigger. We have the cottage for a Saturday night and the minimum is 250 people or a site fee of $1000. If you need further info let me know.

I'm getting married at the North Ritz Club and it's one wedding at a time and you can have an outdoor cocktail hour. It's a lovely place!!

I just got married at the Hamlet Golf & Country Club in COMMACK. This was an A++++ place, food was amazing & we paid less that $150! Definitely give them a call or FM me for more details & contact info!

I am having my reception at the Harbor Club in Huntington, it is right on the harbor. They have one affair at a time and are very reasonable. I have only heard wonderful things about them too.

I didn't like Bedell's. It was cheaper (65 pp) but I didn't like the room.
I loved Stewart Manor though.

Check out Majestic Gardens for one wedding at a time... its incredible

I got married at a site that is not well known, the nassau county bar association in garden city, '15th and West' - definitley only one wedding at a time, I've been told it was very different and elegant and that the food was excellent. best thing about them was that they charged a lot less for a sat. night than most places. They hold up to 200 people.
