Do you put 'reception to follow' or 'formal reception to follow' at the botton of the invite. Its' not black tie.

We decided to go with 'Reception to Follow'. We are hoping that because of the location and that it is an evening wedding, that our guests will know that it is a formal event.

We recently went to a Saturday night wedding that didn't specify 'formal' in the invite, and there were a decent amount of people dressed pretty informally. We're definitely putting either formal reception or black-tie encouraged. I don't need any confusion about what people should wear.
