recipe cards with RSVPs
I can't find where I originally saw this done at but some girl had all her guests send in the recipe for their 'family speciality' with the RSVP for the wedding. i suppose this could be done as well with a bridal shower or engagement party or whatever.
She then took all of the recipes, typed them out and had them bound into little recipe books which she used as her favors.
Now, I don't want to do this for my favors but I want them for me and FH so we have a good setup of foods to make together for our few year. That would be the idea anyway... that we'd cook our way through our family and friends recipes. Okay now I sound like that Julie/Julia broad. But regardless.
Can anyone think of a cutesy way or writing this request and explanation for why?
