I dont have exact measurements but this is what I do:


Boil elbow mac till aldente (dont over cook it because it will keep cooking in the oven)


I put it in the pan and mix with butter to coat (put as little or as much as u want)

In a bowl mix shredded chedder and or mont. jack cheese, heavy cream about 2 cups and 2 beaten eggs with some pepper, onion powder & accent

Pour over elbows and add any extra cheese or heavy cream if needed and mix

sprinkle extra cheese and or bread crumbs on top and bake untill bubbley
