Last weekend we went to Outback Steakhouse and my friend ordered a pineapple martini, it was sooo good. It was made with vodka, malibu rum and pineapple juice, but I don't know the proportions. We want to make them this weekend. Did anyone ever make them before?

i usually just try making them and practice untill i get the recipe for a drink right. just think of the fun trying to get it right

Does that mean if I want to make a drink that is 6-7 0z. I have to triple the amounts?

I make a Pineapple upside down cake martini.
2oz. Stoli Vanilla 2oz. Pineapple Juice splash of sweet and sour splash of OJ
Shake well. Pour into a chilled martini glass then pour grenedine slowly into the center of the glass. Grenedine will sink to the bottom. Tasty and pretty!!
