Recipe swap craft question

when putting the recipe together on the paper what do you suggest to attach it?
glue? double sided tape? what? thanks!

I will proberly use some sort of scrapbooking, acid free glue or my tape runner!!

lisa...i love the tape runner...i used it for my wedding invites...b/c they had to glue to lick on them!!!

I have to run out and get some...

do you put your recipes on paper or cardstock?

I feel like I'm gonna screw this up!!!

I was gonna put my recipe on colored construction paper and then dress it up...is this right??

cat...don't worry about screwing it up...

check out some of the scrapping websites to look at ideas lifetime moments and search the gallery for recipes

I am going to use acid free card stock and then embellish it with something...havent thought about that yet!! LOL

ohhhh...dont use a glue gun on paper!!! You should use some sort of paper glue...not even elmers!

Lisa!!!

I was only making a point that I am a spazzzzze!! I DO however know that glue gun on paper is a no-no!

I ordered glue dots...I was gonna use that.

Elmers is bad?? Why?

LMAO!! I thought you were serious!!



Emlers glue will dry up over time and the stuff will fall off of your paper. We wouldnt want all of our hard work to go to waste right?

hehe... i just tried tacky white glue on one sheet, the paper is all rippling now...

i am using the double sided photo tape now...

im using cardstock for the paper...
it was 50 sheets of 8 x 11 paper... 5 diferent colors at michaels- $4. regular price

I was also thinking that construction paper may not be a good idea cause it fades sometimes...

its in the scrapbooking section of michaels- i got it ithe week it was on sale for $2... they have bright colors, pastels, neutrals.... and its acid free lignin free
