recipes for low salt

Dh and I are trying to cut back the salt. I'm in an apt. with no oven (long story) but foreman grill, and skillet have helped in many ways.
Does anyone have recipies for either the skillet or Forman Grill?

In a skillet .. you could go crazy experimenting with tossing fresh veggies with either Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Pork .. or ground Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Pork.

Also .. check out Mrs. Dash seasonings .. there are so many varieties .. and they're salt-free.

You can also try to get used to cooking with fresh herbs.

Try throwing in some walnuts .. or almonds.. or pine nuts .. whatever!

I've done so many different combinations of skillet dishes .. that I couldn't even really begin to start posting the recipes .. I'm bad .. I don't follow recipes, and I rarely ever write down combinations of what I've done .. so it's really rare that I can ever repeat the types of dishes .. it disappoints hubby sometimes.
