Does anyone recognize the location titled Georgian Mansion or the Unique Mansions? I'm looking for a wedding with a waterfront or beach view but would consider manors or mansions that look anything like the above. Drool! I only have 100 guests and would prefer to stay around $100 per guest. Not sure how realistic that is. :)

Any manor or mansion will be well over $100pp, with the exception of maybe Westbury Manor, however that does not have an ocean or beach view.
Most mansions have a site fee in the thousands, and that is not even counting the pp cost!! (which tends to be at least $125pp and up on top of the site fee)

Thanks for the feedback ladies! This is the other location - a tudor style mansion, or is it Georgian? Anyway, anyone know of such a place? (Seem to have problem Georgian mansion attaching image...)

My Friend's brother is getting married at the Liberty House ...let's see if I can find a link. I think its on the Jersey Shore. I don't know how much it is.Liberty House -there it is..

Bonnet Island is right when you are getting onto Long Beach Island. It's really pretty, we've driven into look at it and we've boated around it.
I looked and I didn't recognize any of the other places.
If you are looking for a mansiony look in NJ without the water, I totally recommend the Bretton Woods in Morris Plains. I've been to two weddings there.

I'm pretty sure that's Mayfair Farms which I believe is in West Orange, NJ.
It should be within your $100 range, but I'm not sure if the neighborhood would be what you're imagining...
ETS...NO, it's NOT Mayfair Farms...
Maybe it's the Shadowbrook? That would be within $100, but it's near the beach, so it would be pretty far from LI

de Seversky has 100ppl min, it is a mansion... and depending on the time of yr and the day you might be able to get it around 100 dollar... try the deseversky thread... there are prices on it!
