a cheap gym that you don't have to sign a yearly contract for in the western suffolk eastern nassau area. I live in Lindenhurst and def will be moving so I don't want to sign a contract and I don't want to pay a lot of money.

Not sure exactly how close these locations are to you though.
Planet Fitness is really cheap, like 9.99 a month! But it's just cardio and machines, no classes or anything like that. Not sure if there is one in that area. You can check online.

There is the new one opening up just north of Sunrise on Wellwood....Fitness 19...its only 15 a month...Im going to join so I can do that and kickboxing.

I just joined PF, its 9.99/month for a regular membership, or 19.99 a month for the 'black card' which just means you can bring a guest every single time you go, and you get unlimited use of the tanning booths. Its $59 to cancel, but Im not sure if they would waive it if you moved....hth

If you move, you can also go to another location. They are opening a lot. I actually belonged in MD and am transferring my membership up here.
