Emeril Stainless Steel. Love them!!!
Stainless Steel is better. Lasts longer, better quality.
When you scratch non-stick, a chemical gets into your food. Needs to be replaced shortly after you buy it.

I thought of registering for a cheaper set but I found that not having to wash them by hand was a big wow factor, trust me.
