Recommend Officiant for Vow Renewal!

So a while back I posted about how, as a parent gift, I wanted to have my parents and FILs renew their vows at our reception so that we could share an anniversary with them. Today, my belief that this would be a good gift was affirmed at my tasting when my parents and FILs talked about how much they want to renew their vows and how they'd love to do it at Land's End one day!!!

I am looking for a nice officiant to do this. Since it will be at the reception, it needs to be a relatively brief thing (10 or 15 minutes) and it needs to be someone liberal.

Any suggestions?

It is a surprise. We're going to give them something material as a parent gift, but really our parents have done so much for us and we want to do something extra special. I know some brides feel like they don't want to share 'their day' but that's not me at all, I really think it will be special and I already know that they want to renew their vows.
