so now that the HM itself is booked, time for me to look into some excursions ....

we're doing a cruise so we'll be on pretty much all the islands

ETA: we're def doing a Lost Tour on Oahu .... prob the 5 or 10 hour one but i don't know which yet (leaning towards 10 because it also goes to the beach & the 'others' camp & barracks)

Definitely do the road to Hana (rent a Jeep - you can do it in almost any car, but you can rent an older jeep for cheap and it's a LOT more fun! Check out Kihei rent a car in Maui) and check out the sunrise from the top of Haleakala (both things are in Maui)

depending on the season you can also do whale watching in maui, swim with dolphins, go snorkeling CHECK THEM OUT HERE

Oahu
Surf School Hawaii - awesome!!! We had a blast. We did the 2 hour semi-private session so it was just DH and I. Its def a tough work out but was soo much fun!
Blue Hawaiian Helicopter Tour - again this was amazing! Took you all over the island of Oahu so we got to see all the sites. Loved it!
We also rented a car one day and drove to the north shore...its beautiful there so I would recommend doing this if you have time.
Maui
Old Lahaina Luau - wasn't thrilled with it. Def worth doing a Luau since your in Hawaii...but the food wasn't great and I was disappointed there was no fire twirling! lol. Might want to check out what other luaus are available.
Zip Lining - SO MUCH FUN!!!! Definitely recommend this!
Haleakala Crater Sunrise Bike Tour - LOVED IT! they pick you up at your hotel at like 2 am and you drive to the top of the crater. You watch the sunrise which is beautiful. Then you bike ride down the crater (about 25 miles....but its downhill so it doesnt feel like a lot). So much fun and u get to see amazing views!!!
we also did the Road to Hana which I don't know if you would have time for being on a cruise...it took us 10 hours in total but you just drive to Hana and see some of the most beautiful sites ever. I'm glad we did this while we were there!
