Recommend Spanish reading for ceremony

We want my FH's grandmother to do a reading in Spanish at our ceremony. Can any of you girls recommend any Spanish reading's?? Also if you have a translation that would be awesome!! If not I'll have FH translate it later. Thanks!!!
