Recommend you Officiant...

My fiance and I live in ATL. We need an officiant who can give us advice on how to get the license and all... We are willing to travel to NY a month before to obtain the license...

Right on this website are all the details. It's quite easy, but as you mentioned you both have to be present. My personal favorite is Rev. April Gismondi (aka Pastor April).
