No set diet -- but lots of cardio and weight training in addition to limiting carbs (but not completely -- you'll gain it right back) and bulking up on veggies and other foods high in fiber. Eating small meals throughout the day is also a great way to speed up your metabolism too.
Try to steer clear of 'drinking your calories' -- lay off the alcohol and any drinks that have calories -- stick to water.

Re: Recommend your diet.
What works best for me is to eat 1500 calories a day and to go jogging 5-6 days a week. I lose and maintain weight very easily that way. I also drink alot of water. If you only have 36 days you have to do cardio every single day, but you should be able to lose at least 6 pounds or more depending on your current weight. Good luck!

I'm a WW fan and success story.
I totally agree on not drinking calories. I'm still bad because I got into a coffee habit, but other than that I don't drink calories AT ALL.

THIS!!! I am pretty much doing exactly the same thing. I am also taking Zumba twice a week. Going to the gym at least 4 days a week.

this seriously works. i have been working out for years and the only time i've seriously lost weight is by tracking my calories.

Re: Recommend your diet.
invest the time in cardio and weight training. IT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE. i love carbs and soda, so i've been trying to cut those out.
you have to shock your body and with 36 days you will see a differnce. just step up your workouts, eat smaller portions and eat slower. this has helped me A LOT!

Re: Recommend your diet.
I have Celiacs Disease so I really don't need a diet my condition restricts me enough but I eat constantly throughout the day no soda and eat healthy if you want cake then eat cake but don't do that everyday because that won't help

Re: Recommend your diet.
My big problem is my seefood diet - if I see it, I eat it ...
So I try to make sure that only healthy things are in view at my house - all the bad crap that FH eats, I make him hide it from me.
I'm also trying to drink about 2 liters of water a day, and I go to an awesome kickboxing class 3-5 days a week.
